Where do his powers come from? He said he became the panther after his father died, but that would just be the suit. He fought in normal clothes when Bucky escaped the lockdown and went toe to toe with a super soldier. Does he have a necklace with powers, does he have some super soldier serum, does he have some inhuman DNA, or something like that? They never really explained that.
He did not only just become BP after his father died. What he was saying in the car was that as BP he had the mantle of warrior/protector of Wakanda and NOW that his father was dead, he also now had the mantle of King. So he was BP before his father died.
In the comics there’s a special herb that grants BP his strength and agility (I believe only royalty are able to safely partake of it). I imagine they’ll go into more detail in his solo film in Feb. 2018
In the comics T’Challa has all the knowledge and dark magic past down to him from all the previous Black Panther’s.
This includes summoning the dead and being the King of the Dead.
It will be explained in the Black Panther movie. This was just his intro.
In the comics, he’s an exceptional warrior with training but he also takes a special herb that makes him enhanced. I don’t know if Marvel is going with this or something else. We’ll just have to see.
